Travel & Arrival

Accommodation

Please arrive at the ceremony for 6:45pm as we will start promptly at 7pm.

Elkwater is approximately a 45 minute drive from Medicine Hat. Local Cab companies and URide do make trips out for approximately 90$.

We have a room block reserved at Elkwater Lake Lodge for guests. Please reserve early to guarantee your spot.

Camping: Elkwater is home to many campgrounds; sites are usually in high demand and open 90 days in advance. As it is August Long weekend, we expect those to fill the day they open.

Hotels in Medicine Hat: We do not have guest rooms blocked off in Medicine Hat. We recommend staying on the south side of the city. If you are traveling with children the Medicine Hat Lodge has two waterslides.

Dress Code

Our wedding day will be full of whimsey. Please join us in your most whimsical formal-cocktail attire.
